Somerset Police)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">A prolific shoplifter who stole thousands of pounds worth of creatine and protein powder has been jailed for 14 weeks.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Glenn Isham, of no fixed address, stole from shops within <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/all-about\/bristol-city-centre\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Bristol city centre<\/a> in March and April.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The 47-year-old was sentenced at Bristol Magistrates&#8217; <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/all-about\/courts\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Court<\/a> last week (Wednesday, June 18).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">He had pleaded <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/all-about\/crime\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">guilty<\/a> to nine counts of theft.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">He was sentenced to 14 weeks in jail and was handed a three-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The CBO includes conditions banning him from two shops.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">If he enters either of the shops, he can be arrested and brought back before the court.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/1750867154_695_0_AD_25-06-2025_glennisham.jpg\" alt=\"Glenn Isham, 47.\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>Glenn Isham, 47.(Image: Avon &amp; Somerset Police)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Neighbourhood Sergeant Sean Underwood said: \u201cIsham is a repeat offender whose crimes have cost businesses in the city thousands of pounds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">\u201cThe decision to issue him with a CBO reflects the substantial impact his offending has been having.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">\u201cThis sentence protects these businesses from his crimes and means that any future breach could lead to a significant prison sentence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: &#8220;If a crime is ongoing, always report it by calling 999.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;For anything else, call 101 or visit <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.avonandsomerset.police.uk\/report\/\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.avonandsomerset.police.uk\/report\/<\/a>.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"He&#8217;s been banned from shops in the city centreGlenn Isham, 47.(Image: Avon &amp;
