She was the first ever WWE United States Champion, and is also a former Tag Team Champion. During her time with Impact, Chelsea won their Knockouts Championship. She recently shared a bikini photo from Florida on Instagram. In it, she sat in the pool in a pink bikini enjoying a beverage. Chelsea captioned the post, “Sorry Lexington, can’t make it!” How does she keep herself in shape? Here are 5 of Chelsea Green’s diet and exercise secrets.

Chelsea has to do a lot of traveling as a wrestler. She shared her secrets for staying healthy on the road to Muscle & Fitness. Chelsea loves going for walks to get her heart rate up. “The one thing that I always do is, even if I can’t fully workout, I’m always going to try and go for a walk, I’m always going places where I can explore, and wander, and just stay active.”

Chelsea makes sure to eat healthy when she travels. One thing she likes to buy are eggs. “So, I know it is hard, but especially in America, you can always find boiled eggs, always,” Chelsea told Muscle & Fitness. “You can always go to a grocery store, you can always put eggs in the microwave, eggs, eggs, eggs, eggs, eggs, eggs! I will say it until I am blue in the face.”

Physical fitness is obviously a big part of Chelsea’s life. She talked about this in a separate Muscle & Fitness interview. “Of course, it is very important to get in the ring and be physically fit, whether it’s agile or strength or whatever it is, but I also find it mentally important. I need it for mental clarity. I need to get off the plane or when I go through a busy week, I need to get into the gym and just, like, have an hour of ‘me time’. So, that’s why I think it’s important to me.”

Chelsea opened up about her diet on her fellow wrestler, Sheamus’ YouTube channel. She says that she believes in balance and having a cheat day. “I go real hard on all my greens and everything lean throughout the week. And then on my cheat day, I wake up, I have blueberry pancakes, sometimes chocolate chip pancakes. I’m going hard on Five Guys’ burgers and fries. And then I’m finishing it off with a grocery store vanilla buttercream cake.”

Chelsea loves going to fitness classes at the gym. In fact, these help her stay fit when she travels. Chelsea shared some of her favoritr fitness classes in her first Muscle & Fitness interview. “I like to mix it up, so if I’m in town and I know there’s a good Pilates studio, I love that. I love spin class.”

Chelsea Green is one of the best wrestlers in the WWE.
