Jake Paul\u2019s long-discussed showdown with brother Logan Paul is unlikely to ever happen, but would surprisingly be lined up for the cage if it did.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Paul brothers are among the most successful internet sensations to have benefitted from boxing\u2019s crossover craze, with Logan Paul notably facing Floyd Mayweather<\/a> in an exhibition bout and Jake Paul<\/a> attempting to forge a legitimate professional resume in the sport. <\/p>\n

For much of Jake\u2019s career, Logan has been supportive and attended fights to cheer him on. That was the case most recently when the younger Paul defeated Mike Tyson on Netflix<\/a> last November.<\/p>\n

But the two siblings weren\u2019t always on the best of terms, and growing hostility a number of years ago sparked talk of a brother vs. brother clash in the ring.<\/p>\n

With the pair now supporting each other\u2019s career moves, and Logan\u2019s breakthrough as a talented professional wrestler in WWE, a future bout between Jake and Logan Paul<\/a> appears close to off the table.<\/p>\n

Jake confirmed as much during a recent appearance on The Iced Coffee Hour podcast, pointing to their parents as the main hurdle to the lucrative match.<\/p>\n

But \u2018The Problem Child\u2019 isn\u2019t completely shutting the door on what would be a history-making fight, though he surprisingly wouldn\u2019t expect the boxing gloves to be required should it come to fruition.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it would be better in MMA,\u201d Paul said. \u201cIn boxing, I would beat him pretty easily\u2026I think he would probably agree.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe would last like, two rounds with me in boxing, maybe three. But In MMA, I think he would actually have the advantage \u2019cause he\u2019s really good at wrestling.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m pretty sure he could kick me in the head.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Jake Paul\u2019s next fight is fast approaching<\/p>\n

Paul currently has his sights set on a confirmed opponent, as the Cleveland native gears up for his 13th professional boxing outing this Saturday, June 28.<\/p>\n

Following on from record viewership for his fight against Tyson, Paul has returned to pay-per-view on DAZN to share the ring with former WBC champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.<\/p>\n

The 39-year-old Mexican has experience in high-profile crossover bouts. Chavez Jr memorably lost to Anderson Silva<\/a> after the MMA legend\u2019s exit from the UFC.<\/p>\n
