Modelling by Grant Thornton suggests an average domestic rate bill increase of \u00a3101.15.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Suzanne Wylie, NI Chamber chief executive, said \u201cevery report&#8230;to date has said that a solution needs to involve some form of revenue raising\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">\u201cThe NI Executive has made it clear that to date, this is not part of its plan.
