A man has been arrested and charged after a ‘disturbance’ which left three teenagers in hospital in Edinburgh.<\/a><\/p>\n Police were called to the Portobello area of the capital on Saturday, April 12. Cops descended on Bath Street and Mentone Avenue. Three males, one aged 17 and two aged 18, were rushed to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh <\/a>for treatment.<\/p>\n Today officers confirmed they have arrested a 21-year-old man in connection with the incident. The man is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court tomorrow <\/a>(Tuesday, April 15).<\/p>\n A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.<\/a><\/p>\n A statement in full from Police Scotland reads: “A 21-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a disturbance in the Portobello<\/a> area of Edinburgh. Around 10.55pm on Saturday, 12 April, 2025, police were called to Bath Street and Mentone Avenue.<\/p>\n “Three males, one aged 17 and two aged 18, were taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment. The 21-year-old man is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court <\/a>on Tuesday, 15 April, 2025. A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.<\/p>\n “Enquiries remain ongoing.
