Manchester United have been working on a deal to sign Bryan Mbeumo for weeks, but the transfer saga could now be ending.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ineos<\/a> won\u2019t be pleased with how long it has taken to reach an agreement to sign Bryan Mbeumo<\/a> this summer, with several other deals needing to be done before the season starts.<\/p>\n

Omar Berrada explained that they were taking their time with negotiations<\/a> to ensure the best possible deal for Manchester United<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Despite this intention, United\u2019s second bid for Mbeumo was north of \u00a360m<\/a>, just like Brentford wanted initially. An agreement is thought to be very close, with Brentford and United discussing add-ons right now<\/a>.<\/p>\n

It is only a matter of time until the winger signs his new contract and joins United in pre-season training on July 7th<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Now, it has emerged what Mbeumo has been telling Brentford about the deal.<\/p>\n

Internally at Old Trafford, United view Mbeumo as a more impressive coup than Cunha<\/a>, which speaks volumes as to how well Ineos have done to get both. <\/p>\n

When speaking after his arrival, Cunha admitted joining United was a dream<\/a>, and now it appears Mbeumo is of a similar mindset over his potential move.<\/p>\n

Now, Mbeumo\u2019s thoughts on the deal have been made clear by Fabrizio Romano, who spoke on his YouTube channel on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is real optimism at Manchester United that they can reach an agreement with Brentford for Bryan Mbeumo. We know they have an agreement with the player. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhat I can add today is that the player has been clear with Brentford. He loves Brentford, he has a fantastic relationship with all the people at the club, but he has been clear in telling them that going to Manchester United for him is a dream move.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe would like to go to Manchester United as soon as possible.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Mbeumo\u2019s desire to join United saw him snub Newcastle and Tottenham, making it an impressive coup for Ineos.<\/p>\n

When will Bryan Mbeumo make his debut for Manchester United?<\/p>\n

All signs point toward Mbeumo being done and dusted before United players are scheduled to return to Carrington<\/a> for the start of pre-season training.<\/p>\n

If Mbeumo does start day one with Amorim, it would be a virtual certainty that he will make his United debut on the 19th of July against Leeds. If not here, he may have to wait until the pre-season tour to the USA.<\/p>\n

However, Mbeumo\u2019s competitive debut for United won\u2019t be until the 17th of August when the Premier League kicks off against Arsenal<\/a>. <\/p>\n
