She captioned the post: &#8220;Truly honoured to meet and shake hands with His Majesty, King Charles&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Palace held a reception that celebrated The King&#8217;s Trust charity, established by King Charles in 1976 to support disadvantaged young people.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The organisation has helped over one million individuals access education, work, and training opportunities.
