The Prince and Princess of Wales are joined by the Beckhams, a Bafta-winning Industry actress and Wes Streeting<\/a> in this year’s social power index, as revealed by UK society bible Tatler<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The outlet has chosen 100 ‘significant’ movers and shakers across the UK, curating individuals from the world of sports, politics and showbiz.\u00a0<\/p>\n

And among the top ten\u00a0aristocrats, billionaires and models are royalty, ‘the poster boy of New Labour’, rugby stars and a fashion powerhouse.<\/p>\n

‘While the odd socialite still weeps in Harry\u2019s Bar, lamenting that \u2018Mayfair is dead\u2019 post-non-dom exodus, the social scene is anything but,’ the magazine claims. ‘You just have to know where to look…<\/p>\n

‘There\u2019s the glamorous American invasion spicing up Kensington and Cotswolds soir\u00e9es. The fabulously rich earn cachet via philanthropy.’<\/p>\n

In first place this year, cemented by Kate Middleton<\/a>‘s gracefully gradual return to public life following a cancer<\/a> diagnosis are Prince William<\/a> and his wife, who were praised for their myriad of passions including ‘Aston Villa, the beauty of nature, and tennis’.<\/p>\n

The list also highlighted Catherine’s ‘grit’ displayed following health troubles.<\/p>\n

Second on the list were rugby union star Maro Itoje, 30, and his wife Mimi, whose influence reaches far beyond the world of sports.<\/p>\n

While Maro’s standing in his field is still beyond impressive – he captains the national team, the British & Irish Lions, Tatler also boasts of his accolades as ‘a poet, an art aficionado, a SOAS politics grad, an Old Harrovian, an admirer of Clement Attlee and a former Tatler cover star’.<\/p>\n

Dora Loewenstein, 59- the daughter of late aristocrat\u00a0Prince Rupert Loewenstein, known for handling the finances of The Rolling Stones – came in third place, dubbed a ‘powerhouse princess’.<\/p>\n

She has been passionate about mental wellbeing initiatives.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Speaking to Brummell Magazine<\/a> in 2023, Dora – who ‘spent a chunk of her childhood in Mustique, while growing up in a Grade II-listed house in Petersham’ – revealed how she stepped in to work at the family’s\u00a0private wealth management firm as her father’s health deteriorated from Parkinson’s.<\/p>\n

Over the years, she honed her passion for looking after children and ensuring they have support systems, through charities like Save the Children among other organisations.<\/p>\n

‘What could possibly be more important than the next generation\u2019s mental health?\u2019 she asked the outlet.<\/p>\n

Also on Tatler’s list was Clare Hornby, 56 – the founder of royally beloved brand ME+EM, known for their elevated classics – and her husband Johnny.<\/p>\n

Both Lady Victoria Starmer and Angela Rayner wore ensembles from the company on their first day in Downing Street last year – and since it was founded in 2009, ME+EM has also become a staple brand for the likes of the Princess of Wales, Duchess of Edinburgh and Queen Camilla.<\/p>\n

‘Multiple birthday parties in different countries! Friends like Lionel Messi and Tom Cruise! A tell-all Victoria Beckham documentary for Netflix produced by David\u2019s own Studio 99 team this year! And now knighthood! Brand Beckham just grows and grows,’ the outlet read.<\/p>\n

‘The platinum invitation was to David\u2019s 50th birthday celebrations in May \u2013 granted to such stars as Eva Longoria and Gordon Ramsay.’<\/p>\n

It’s perhaps no wonder that national treasure and beloved documentarian Sir David Attenborough, who at 99 has just released yet another film on the natural world just weeks ago, also features on the list, followed by actor Dominic West, 55, and his wife Catherine Fitzgerald.<\/p>\n

The couple, said to be ‘regular weekend guests of the Duke and Duchess of Beaufort’ are not just big in showbiz (Dominic played then-Prince Charles in the final season Netflix’s The Crown) – Catherine is also revered for her\u00a0landscape design work.<\/p>\n

In May, Marisa fought back tears as she won Leading Actress for her racy role in HBO’s Industry at the 2025\u00a0BAFTA TV Awards on Sunday – before teasing the upcoming fourth season of the show.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The actress, 27, who plays business graduate Yasmin Kara-Hanani in the drama, put on an emotional display as she accepted her award.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Thanking those closest to her, Marisa elegantly wiped away a tear from her face as she graced the stage in black structured corset dress.\u00a0<\/p>\n

After walking away with her prized trophy, the brunette beauty later confirmed a fourth season of the series and that they have already started filming.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She said: ‘Season three felt like a massive step up for the show and I feel like that is continuing and continuing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘So I am excited to see the response season four gets, which we are filming right now.’\u00a0<\/p>\n
