Now entering its 53rd year, next week Pride in London is set to put\u00a0on yet another enormous and wonderfully camp extravaganza, commemorating the 1969 Stonewall riots and celebrating London\u2019s LGBTQ+ community.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Besides the huge parade <\/a>of around 30,000 folk, six stages will be popping up in central London on Saturday, July 5, hosting more than 100 performers \u2013 from drag queens and kings to DJs, dancers and activists. Most exciting of all, it\u2019s just been announced that there\u2019s one huge name headlining this year\u2019s event.\u00a0<\/p>\n Topping the bill for this year\u2019s London\u2019s Pride is none other than\u00a0\u2018Ain\u2019t Nobody\u2019 singer and 10 time Grammy award-winner Chaka Khan.\u00a0<\/p>\n Khan will\u00a0grace\u00a0the main stage at Trafalgar Square next Saturday, joined by a host of other absolute icons.\u00a0Also taking to that stage will be\u00a0Titanique\u2019s<\/a> Lauren Drew, Frankie Grande (yes, the brother of Ariana Grande) and\u00a0Ru Paul\u2019s Drag Race UK star La Voix.\u00a0<\/p>\n And it might sound too good to be true, but all the stages are totally free to attend.
