Prince Harry has some strong feelings about Meghan Markle\u2019<\/a>s ros\u00e9. The Duke of Sussex noticed the release date coincides with a date that\u2019s close to his heart.<\/p>\n

Meghan Markle\u2019s As Ever brand will be releasing their first ros\u00e9 on July 1, which is also Princess Diana\u2019s birthday. However, a source close to Harry said that he wasn\u2019t keen on the release date. \u201cHe told her, \u2018Please, not on Mummy\u2019s birthday,\u2019\u201d a source told gossip mogul Rob Shuter<\/a>. \u201cIt wasn\u2019t about business \u2014 it was about respect.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, according to the source, Meghan didn\u2019t budge. \u201cShe brushed him off,\u201d another insider said. \u201cShe told him, \u2018It\u2019s a wine launch, not a memorial.\u2019 It didn\u2019t land well.\u201d<\/p>\n

The pushback reportedly didn\u2019t settle well with the Invictus Games founder. \u201cHe\u2019s devastated,\u201d a source told the gossip Substack. \u201cThat day means everything to him. To see it turned into a PR push hurts.\u201d<\/p>\n

The backlash online had piled up and eventually reached the Duchess herself. \u201cHe warned her,\u201d says one courtier. \u201cShe just didn\u2019t listen.\u201d<\/p>\n

Meghan gushed about how her lifestyle brand has contributed to a reignited honeymoon phase with her husband. \u201cI see this spark in his eye when he sees me doing the thing that I was doing when he first met me,\u201d Meghan recalled to People<\/a> about her lifestyle blog The Tig, which was active during the early stages of her relationship.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s almost like a honeymoon period again,\u201d she continued, \u201cbecause it\u2019s exactly how it was in the beginning when he\u2019d watch me scribbling away, writing newsletters, fine-tuning edits and just really being in the details of it.
