\n Upon hearing the news, Bournemouth East MP Tom Hayes promptly visited the care home.\n<\/p>\n
\n Mr Hayes was informed of the achievement by Martin Buxton, whose wife is a resident at Muscliff.\n<\/p>\n

\n Mr Hayes said he was eager to meet the team and acknowledge their “dedication and professionalism” in supporting residents with advanced dementia.\n<\/p>\n
\n Dedrey Charles, the manager of Muscliff Care Home, said: “We were delighted to welcome Mr Hayes to Muscliff.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I am incredibly proud that the home has received this ‘Outstanding’ rating for the third time.\n<\/p>\n
\n “Behind every success is hard work and passion, and my team are so dedicated, enthusiastic and courageous to try new things to enable residents to live active and fulfilled lives.”\n<\/p>\n
\n She attributes Muscliff’s success to a person-centred approach, understanding each individual’s history, preferences and goals to tailor care plans to their needs.\n<\/p>\n
