{"id":218164,"date":"2025-06-27T08:39:14","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T08:39:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/218164\/"},"modified":"2025-06-27T08:39:14","modified_gmt":"2025-06-27T08:39:14","slug":"forthcoming-road-closures-announced-across-north-somerset","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/218164\/","title":{"rendered":"Forthcoming road closures announced across North Somerset"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n  The full public notice detailing all the closures is available to view at <a href=\"http:\/\/publicnoticeportal.uk\/notice\/traffic-and-roads\/684c455424b34144e6ce5d39\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">publicnoticeportal.uk\/notice\/traffic-and-roads\/684c455424b34144e6ce5d39<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  In Loxton, Christon Road will be closed from Monday, August 11 for seven days to allow for private wall repairs.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The closure will be in place from the village hall to the junction with Church Lane.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Palmer Row in Weston-super-Mare will be closed on Friday, June 27 for six hours, from 9.30am to 3.30pm, for Openreach to overhaul cabling.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The closure will be in place between Hopkins Street and Orchard Street.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  In Langford, Ladymead Lane will be closed until August for Shire Homes (SW) Ltd to install new gas and water pipes and connect storm water drainage.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The closure began on Tuesday, June 24 and will be in place for 62 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The closure will be in place between the gates of property numbers 3 and 4 and to the existing manhole in front of the public footpath leading to Broad Oak Road.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Alternative routes will be in place for motorists during the closures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The full public notice detailing all the closures is available to view at publicnoticeportal.uk\/notice\/traffic-and-roads\/684c455424b34144e6ce5d39.
