David Beckham<\/a> has been photographed in a hospital bed after his wife Victoria <\/a>shared the picture on Instagram stories with the caption: “Get well soon daddy”.<\/p>\n The 50-year-old was pictured smiling with his arm in a blue sling while another photo showed him with a bracelet that read: “Get well soon”.<\/p>\n It comes after David was recently given a knighthood on the King’s Birthday Honours list this month.<\/p>\n The knighthood was finally confirmed for his services to sport and charity. After the news was announced, Victoria paid tribute to him on Instagram with a sweet photo of her planting a kiss on his cheek.<\/p>\n In the caption, she penned: “You\u2019ve always been my knight in shining armour, but now it\u2019s official. I love you so much xxxx”.<\/p>\n His sons Cruz and Romeo also shared their pride in their own posts, with Romeo writing: “So so proud of you”.<\/p>\n Whilst Cruz added: “I’m so proud of you dad I love you. Sir David Beckham has a nice ring to it.”<\/p>\n David recently won his latest battle with neighbours regarding his countryside property in Chipping Norton, securing approval from local officials for a new addition. Planners have provided a “prior determination notification” confirming that David is permitted to build a barn for hay, straw, and agricultural equipment, despite some local disapproval.<\/p>\n
