Each unit will feature first-floor office accommodation and large service yards, with 98 car parking spaces and 20 electric vehicle charging points on site. The scheme\u2019s responsible design principles and flexible unit sizes are tailored to the demands of today\u2019s industrial and logistics market, supporting ESG strategies and future-proofing investments.<\/p>\n<p>Coda@City Works will complement the established business park, a 173,330 sq. ft multi-let industrial estate developed and managed by Network Space, supporting a diverse mix of trade, light industrial, and logistics occupiers.\u00a0This final phase underscores the sustained demand for quality industrial space in Manchester and the long-term success of the location.<\/p>\n<p>Situated on a four-acre site formerly occupied by Manchester College, Coda @City Works benefits from exceptional connectivity \u2013 just 2.5 miles from Manchester city centre and the M60, with direct access to the M67, M56, and M62.
