Deontay Wilder<\/a> has been linked with a number of fighters, including Brits Dave Allen<\/a> and Anthony Joshua<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wilder has not fought since last June when he was stopped inside five by towering Chinese heavyweight Zhilei Zhang. That came off the back of a points loss to Joseph Parker and two KO losses to Tyson Fury, with a quick win against Robert Helenius in between.<\/p>\n

He returns this weekend against Tyrell Herndon<\/a> in a must-win fight if he still has designs on getting back to the top level.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, he has already been linked with potential fights later in the year with old foe Joshua, as well as the in-form Doncaster man, Allen, who just knocked out Johnny Fisher.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Boxing News,<\/a> \u2018The Bronze Bomber\u2019 was asked about the rumours he may face Dave Allen in the near future, with promoter Eddie Hearn recently revealing he believes Wilder\u2019s team to be seeking the fight out. That is news to \u2018The Bronze Bomber\u2019 himself, who said he has \u2018no idea\u2019 about the match-up.<\/p>\n
