Meghan Markle looked back on her 2020 miscarriage<\/a> in the latest episode of her podcast.<\/p>\n The Duchess of Sussex drew a \u201cparallel\u201d between her \u201cConfessions of a Female Founder\u201d guest Reshma Saujani\u2019s \u201cserial\u201d pregnancy losses and the lawyer\u2019s step back from Girls Who Code to \u201cjust breathe.\u201d<\/p>\n In Tuesday\u2019s episode<\/a>, Markle, 43, brought the topic up after checking whether Saujani, 49, was \u201ccomfortable talking about it.\u201d<\/p>\n She spoke about having to learn to \u201cdetach\u201d on \u201cConfessions of a Female Founder.\u201d meghan\/Instagram<\/p>\n The Duchess of Sussex had to \u201clet something go\u201d that she planned to \u201clove for a long time.\u201d meghan\/Instagram<\/p>\n Noting her own pregnancy loss, the \u201cSuits\u201d alum said, \u201cI think in some parallel way \u2026 you have to learn to detach from the thing that you have so much promise and hope for and to be able to be OK at a certain point to let something go, something go that you plan to love for a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n Saujani praised Markle\u2019s \u201creally insightful\u201d comment and joked that the royal could have been \u201creading [her] diaries.\u201d<\/p>\n She explained, \u201cI don\u2019t think anyone\u2019s seen it that way [or], like, said it that way for me.\u201d<\/p>\n The \u201cSuits\u201d alum wrote about her pregnancy loss in a 2020 essay.
