New figures show Bristol’s most popular areas among homebuyers.<\/p>\n
The latest data from the ONS has revealed the neighbourhoods in the city with the highest number of property sales, with Bedminster<\/a> topping the least at 196 sales in the year ending to September 2024.<\/p>\n It was followed by Redfield (166) and Bishopston (156).<\/p>\n In comparison, the Bristol areas with the lowest number of property sales were Highridge (31) and Withywood (31).<\/p>\n Earlier this month, we revealed the best Bristol areas for families to buy houses in<\/a>.
