{"id":221459,"date":"2025-06-28T13:51:09","date_gmt":"2025-06-28T13:51:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/221459\/"},"modified":"2025-06-28T13:51:09","modified_gmt":"2025-06-28T13:51:09","slug":"princess-of-wales-supports-each-for-childrens-hospice-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/221459\/","title":{"rendered":"Princess of Wales supports EACH for Children&#8217;s Hospice Week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n  Her Royal Highness, the Royal Patron of East Anglia&#8217;s Children&#8217;s Hospices (EACH) and T\u0177 Hafan Children&#8217;s Hospice in South Wales, shared a personal message ahead of Children&#8217;s Hospice Week.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  This annual event, backed by children&#8217;s palliative care charity Together for Short Lives, aims to raise awareness of the crucial services provided by children&#8217;s hospices.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The Princess of Wales Catherine said: &#8220;No parent expects to hear that their child has a serious health condition that could shorten their life.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;Sadly, this is the reality faced by thousands of families across the country, leaving them heart-broken, fearful of the future and often desperately isolated.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  &#8220;Being able to access the support of one of the UK&#8217;s 54 children&#8217;s hospices means they don&#8217;t have to face that future alone.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  She called on the public to join her in celebrating and thanking these dedicated organisations for their &#8220;vital care&#8221;
