A teenage boy has been rushed to hospital this evening after he was assaulted by a stranger at a Greater Manchester train station.<\/p>\n
Police rushed to Brinnington Station in Stockport<\/a> after the assault on Saturday afternoon (June 28). A teenage boy was found with ‘minor injuries’ after being assaulted by an ‘unknown person’ who then fled, the force said.<\/p>\n Trains were stopped between Reddish<\/a> North and Bredbury as officers dealt with the incident.
