BKFC part-owner Conor McGregor has a bone to pick with the promotion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

McGregor has become a prominent figure in BKFC<\/a> (Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship) ever since becoming a part-owner of the company in April 2024.<\/p>\n

The Irishman has frequently attended events and promoted cards on social media and through numerous press conference appearances.<\/p>\n

With that in mind, McGregor<\/a> always has a keen eye on the action, and that was the case on Saturday when BKFC 77 took place from BP Pulse Arena in Birmingham, England.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

McGregor was active on social media throughout the BKFC\u2019s<\/a> latest card, reposting the brutal and bloody fights that went down in front of a packed crowd in \u2018Brum\u2019.<\/p>\n

Some of the best action came in the main event, as hometown favorite Conor Tierney successfully defended his UK welterweight championship. \u2018Brum Town Bomber\u2019 forced a corner stoppage prior to the fourth round of his fight against Danny Christie.<\/p>\n

\u2018The Notorious\u2019 was quick to praise Tierney in a video posted on X<\/a>, but he was less complimentary when it came to the BKFC production team\u2026<\/p>\n

\u201cAh sure who needs to hear from the hometown hero who just defended his belt in his hometown in a sold out arena in the biggest fight of his life in front of all his people,\u201d McGregor wrote. \u201cYe you guys are probably right, end the broadcast, nothing to see here.<\/p>\n

\u201cI AM F\u2014\u2014 LIVID HERE! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!\u201d<\/p>\n

McGregor was similarly infuriated in the video, as he urged someone to enter the ring to interview Tierney after his triumph on home soil.<\/p>\n

Conor McGregor has teased a BKFC fight amid UFC inactivity<\/p>\n

McGregor hasn\u2019t competed in any form since July 2021, when a gruesome broken leg ended his trilogy fight against Dustin Poirier<\/a> after one round at UFC 264.<\/p>\n

Since then, the Irishman pulled out of a fight against Michael Chandler last summer, leaving many to suggest his career inside the Octagon is over.<\/p>\n

Should that be the case, perhaps a future in a different combat sports realm awaits the Dublin native. Since becoming involved with bare-knuckle boxing, McGregor has teased a BKFC fight<\/a> for himself. <\/p>\n

During the press conference<\/a> for BKFC Italy this past February, the UFC star even named three potential opponents for his debut in the promotion.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are many bouts, showcase bouts. You could say\u00a0Mike Perry. You could say\u00a0Jeremy Stephens. You could say a rematch against\u00a0Eddie Alvarez. You could say many matches.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut the lightweight title, who\u2019s the champion right now, lightweight, welterweight, let\u2019s see. I am open.
