As per reports of Gazzetta dello Sport<\/a>, Evenepoel’s key man Mattia Cattaneo<\/a> is on his way to join rival team Red Bull – BORA – hansgrohe<\/a> from next season.<\/p>\n

Cattaneo raced the Giro d’Italia earlier this season, finishing 4th in a stage 10 time trial, but otherwise it was a slightly disappointing race for the home rider with team leader Mikel Landa out of Giro after only one stage. Cattaneo is a reliable rider in the mountains as well as a strong timetrialist – qualities he will certainly get to put to use at his new employer.<\/p>\n

The German team backed by Austrian beverage giant doesn’t hide their intentions to build a super team and, of course, a super team can’t settle for less than a Tour de France victory. While Primoz Roglic may not fulfill his long-time dream to win Grande Boucle, the rising generation lead by Florian Lipowitz and young talent Lorenzo Finn give a good reason for optimism.<\/p>\n
