\n The coffee and lifestyle brand, founded in 2014 and with a branch in Wimborne,\u00a0has been shortlisted in the equity-backed entrepreneur of the year category.\n<\/p>\n
\n The awards, known as ‘The Grammys of Entrepreneurship’,\u00a0celebrate the most inspiring business stories across the UK.\n<\/p>\n
\n This year, more than 800 entrepreneurs have made the shortlist.\n<\/p>\n
\n Craig Bunting, who founded Bear alongside Michael Thorley, said: “We\u2019re absolutely thrilled to be named a finalist.\n<\/p>\n
\n “It\u2019s an incredible honour to be recognised alongside some of the UK\u2019s most exciting and ambitious businesses.”\n<\/p>\n
\n Bear serves sustainably sourced speciality coffee, fresh food, cocktails and craft beer in its eight UK branches.\n<\/p>\n
\n The brand has a “focus on sustainability and community”.\n<\/p>\n
\n It also has branches in Uttoxeter, Derby, Stone, Northwich, Ashbourne and Nottingham.\n<\/p>\n
\n Frankie James, founder of the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, said: “We\u2019re so proud to reveal this year\u2019s shortlist, a truly remarkable group of founders who are changing lives and transforming industries.”\n<\/p>\n
\n The winners of the awards will be announced on Monday, November 17, at a ceremony at London\u2019s Grosvenor House.\n<\/p>\n
\n More than 1,500 entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders will attend the event.\n<\/p>\n
