The United States Men\u2019s National Team hit the field tonight to take on Costa Rica in the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup<\/a> quarterfinals. The USMNT<\/a> won all three matches in the group stage, but now it\u2019s win or go home as they hope to survive and advance.<\/p>\n

The USMNT are hopefully rested and ready to go at full strength as they had to navigate some injuries in the group stage. Forward Haji Wright was forced to withdraw from the tournament before the group stage finale against Haiti due to an Achilles issue, while forward Damion Downs and midfielder Tyler Adams have also battled some knocks during the tournament. Still, no excuses will be made as they go up against a Ticos side who finished second in Group A to Mexico by one goal. Costa Rica will not roll over, and the USMNT will have to level up in Minneapolis to bring the energy and the execution.<\/p>\n
