A Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) said it had received reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) along a well-used cycle path in Bristol, South Gloucestershire<\/a> and Bath<\/a>.<\/p>\n The reports of ASB relate to incidents along the Bristol and Bath Railway Path, a popular mixed-used path used by pedestrians and cyclists.<\/p>\n However, Staple Hill<\/a> NPT said reports of ASB have been submitted to the police force and has urged users to respect each other and report any incidents of ASB to the force.<\/p>\n Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Amy Williamson, of Avon and Somerset Police<\/a>, said: “The Bristol and Bath Railway Path is a shared, multi-use path that is designed for everyone to make use of and enjoy.<\/p>\n “For this route to be safe and open for everyone, it is essential that users respect each other and are considerate to those around them.<\/p>\n “We regularly patrol the path, looking out for anti-social behaviour.<\/p>\n “If you have experienced harassment or witnessed anti-social behaviour we would encourage you to report it to us online: https:\/\/orlo.uk\/0TpOZ<\/a>.”<\/p>\n The key cycling route is set to change as a \u00a31 million scheme was considered, which would have seen new CCTV cameras installed<\/a> between the entrance of the Staple Hill tunnel and the former Mangotsfield station.<\/p>\n
