A naked man caused chaos on a busy roundabout in Rochdale<\/a> on Sunday (June 29), by ‘attacking cars’ during a rampage.<\/p>\n Police were called to reports of a man, in the nude, that had been approaching vehicles at random close to the Middleton<\/a> Archer pub.<\/p>\n A post shared on social media said the man was ‘running over the roundabout’ and ‘going for any car or person near him’.<\/p>\n Join the Manchester Evening News WhatsApp group <\/strong>HERE<\/a><\/p>\n “Tried to attack my car as I picked my daughter up from the gym,” one post read. “It was awful!”<\/p>\n Another post read: “It was awful. I was two cars behind when he was attacking the guy in car. My girls were also in car, think they’re traumatised bless them.”<\/p>\n And woman also claimed the man had ‘attacked’ their car while her daughter and other family members were inside before climbing into the driver’s seat in a public post on social media.<\/p>\n Greater Manchester Police<\/a> received a number of calls and raced to the incident, where a man was arrested at the scene and taken into custody.<\/p>\n A spokesperson for the force said: “Officers arrested a man in Middleton town centre on suspicion of assault and criminal damage.
