Edinburgh fire crews raced to the scene of a blaze near a busy Granton road on Sunday, June 29.<\/p>\n

Two appliances were in attendance at a fire on West Shore Road at around 8:15pm as black smoke could be seen billowing into the sky.<\/p>\n

It is not currently known where on the road the fire took place but the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) has confirmed that the incident is an open area fire.<\/p>\n

A SFRS spokesperson said: “We are currently in attendance at an open area fire. We were alerted to this at 8:15pm.<\/p>\n
