Last week,\u00a0Employee Benefits\u00a0reported that Morrisons has asked employees at its Bradford head office to return to working five days a week instead of four and a half, and\u00a0Primark has asked employees in its product teams to return to the office for four days a week.<\/p>\n<p>Morrisons staff will still have the option to work both from home and the office during the week despite the change. Individual\u00a0flexibility arrangements\u00a0will continue to be possible where needed by the employees.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Despite the change, which will take effect from 15 September, Primark employees will still be able to\u00a0work from home\u00a0on Fridays and finish at 2pm.<\/p>\n<p>In light of this, have you enforced a return-to-office mandate or increased the number of days staff need to be in the workplace?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Take part in our latest readers\u2019 poll on a current topical issue.
