\n The Carlisle fighter was previously UK light-heavyweight champion having won that title in 2023.\n<\/p>\n
\n He went on to earn a world title shot at middleweight before retiring last November, only\u00a0to come out of retirement months later to take on 30-year-old Tierney in the welterweight division.\n<\/p>\n
\n His career in the high-profile BKFC platform now shows five victories and three defeats.\n<\/p>\n
\n Speaking about the Tierney fight on his YouTube channel, Christie – sporting some heavy cuts and bruises to his eyes and ears – congratulated and praised his opponent.\n<\/p>\n

\n He added that it had been “a hell of an experience” to have been involved at the Birmingham event which was held at BP Pulse Live.\n<\/p>\n
\n It now remains to be seen what Christie’s next move will be.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I’ve already made a decision on what I’m doing in the future and where I’m going next.\n<\/p>\n
