One of the Trafford Centre’s longest-standing restaurants has unveiled a bold new look – which is now set to roll out to its other venues across the UK in the months ahead.<\/p>\n

Yo! Sushi inside the food hall at Selfridges<\/a> is famed for its conveyor belt style of dining, boasting an array of Japanese food, sushi and rolls.<\/p>\n

Now bosses have unveiled a stunning new look, inspired by “the buzz of Tokyo”.<\/p>\n

They say the new style is part of its plans to upgrade its restaurants up and down the country in its “fresh new era”.<\/p>\n

To celebrate the new look, they have also announced a special offer to customers heading along on its first official opening day on Tuesday, July 1, inside the Trafford Centre.<\/a><\/p>\n

Bosses have announced that the first 50 customers will receive 30% off their meals when they head to Yo! Sushi on Tuesday from 12pm.<\/p>\n

Announcing the news of the rebrand, bosses said in a statement: “Manchester, get ready to roll – YO! is back and better than ever.<\/p>\n

“The Trafford<\/a> Centre restaurant within Selfridges is relaunching on 1st of July with a bold new design that brings the buzz of Tokyo nightlife to one of the UK\u2019s most iconic shopping centres.<\/p>\n

“With brighter colours, bold design and bigger energy, the redesigned space features neon signage and hanging street-style designs, laying the stage for an exciting dining experience.<\/p>\n

“Whether you are grabbing a quick bite in between shopping or settling in for an evening meal, YO! Trafford Centre has exactly what you need to experience fresh sushi and delicious Japanese food.”<\/p>\n

First opened in Soho in London in 1997, YO! pioneered the UK\u2019s conveyor belt sushi experience, redefining fast casual dining with a Japanese twist.<\/p>\n
