Sky News<\/a> presenter Rita Panahi didn\u2019t hold back when she took aim at Meghan Markle<\/a>\u2019s podcast interview with her pal Jamie Kern-Lima earlier this year. In May, Meghan sat down with her smiley friend for a chat about how hard she works \u2013 and Sky News Australia star Rita branded it \u201cweapons-grade cringe\u201d.<\/p>\n

Addressing viewers live on her \u2018Lefties Losing It\u2019 segment, Rita said: \u201cNow I\u2019ve tried all week to save you from the dangerous, weapon-grade levels of cringe of this following interview \u2013 a podcast featuring Meghan Markle<\/a> \u2013 but alas, we must all suffer together. Here is Meghan talking to a woman called Jamie Kern-Lima who seems to be even more fake and insufferable than the Duchess.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then cut to a segment from the podcast, which showed Jamie asking Meghan: \u201cVery first question, because I think in friendship it\u2019s so important and I think so many people also have this question for you, is you know, Meghan, how are you?\u201d<\/p>\n

Rita joked with her viewers: \u201cYes, it really is that awful. The whole hour-long ordeal may have even been longer, I may have blacked out from smacking myself in the head. How else are you supposed to deal with tripe like this?\u201d<\/p>\n

A clip then showed Meghan gushing: \u201cOh my gosh, I work so hard, I appreciate what hard work looks like, I like working hard. I\u2019m still working hard. The moment that everything sells out it doesn\u2019t mean that we\u2019re done!\u201d<\/p>\n

She listed a series of tasks which included writing social media captions, choosing which outfits to wear for photoshoots and filming her Netflix<\/a> series.<\/p>\n

Rita summed up: \u201cMeghan wants you to know she\u2019s so busy, she\u2019s got no staff, she\u2019s out there writing the social media captions herself! So, so busy. Don\u2019t forget she\u2019s a princess too, and Harry is slaying dragon to rescue her!<\/p>\n

\u201cWho\u2019s Harry rescuing her from? The family she abandoned before making him abandon his? Don\u2019t feel too sorry for Prince Harry<\/a> \u2013 this is a middle aged man, after all, he\u2019s about 40 and he chose to embarrass his family, he brought tonnes of grief to the ailing grandmother who supported him throughout his life, Queen Elizabeth II<\/a>, in her final days.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fans have flooded social media with the resurfaced clip, with one tweeting: \u201cSky News Australia don\u2019t mince words. Telling it how it is with the insufferable Meghan Markle<\/a> interview.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another gushed: \u201cI love that presenter.
