Daniel Farke and Leeds United will be set for a busy month now that July has begun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With two signings already through the door, it seems as though Sebastiaan Bornauw\u2019s<\/a> deal will follow.<\/p>\n

The Wolfsburg defender is signing for \u00a35m as Farke<\/a> adds another defensive unit to his ranks.<\/p>\n

Bornauw could be the ultimate defender<\/a>, modelling his game off the likes of Vincent Kompany, as the Whites have made a good start to strengthening their squad.<\/p>\n

However, with signings, sales will need to be made to balance out PSR, and one Leeds<\/a> player who seemed destined to leave, might now end up staying.<\/p>\n

With Junior Firpo<\/a> now out of contract, his announcement to Real Betis will surely be confirmed soon with Firpo\u2019s move in the \u2018final stages\u2019<\/a> weeks ago.<\/p>\n

Something else which was confirmed weeks ago was Mateo Joseph agreeing to leave Leeds<\/a>, but it\u2019s seemingly gone quiet on that front since then.<\/p>\n

Joseph<\/a> has been focusing away from his Leeds status during the EURO U21 tournament, putting in some solid displays for Spain.<\/p>\n

With these performances it\u2019s attracted the likes of Betis, as Joseph could end up joining Firpo.<\/p>\n

The transfer could give Leeds \u00a342.5m to spend on new signings<\/a>, but now, there is a roadblock.<\/p>\n

The Print Edition of Spanish outlet Diario de Sevilla (1\/07\/25) have said that talks have \u2018stalled\u2019 after weeks of negotiations as a transfer fee is yet to be agreed despite the Whites willing to sell.<\/p>\n

Joseph is still a firm target for Betis, but right now, it appears that there is a stand-off over an agreement.<\/p>\n

The time is right for Joseph to definitely exit Leeds<\/p>\n

The 49ers<\/a> are seemingly giving every sign to Joseph that he should be leaving the club this summer.<\/p>\n

This is due to not only agreeing to sell him, but with the addition of Lukas Nmecha<\/a> added to Patrick Bamford<\/a> and Joel Piroe, another striker is also wanted<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Joseph would find himself fifth in the queue for the striker position, and in no world would the 21-year-old accept that.<\/p>\n

The Spaniard has shown signs of promise which has been overlooked by Farke, even after Joseph has been compared to Erling Haaland<\/a>.<\/p>\n
