Anupam Kher\u2019s directorial venture, Tanvi The Great, tells a profoundly emotional story about a young girl with autism who aspires to join the Indian Army. The trailer has resonated strongly with audiences online, earning support from numerous Bollywood celebrities.<\/p>\n
Anil Kapoor also took to Twitter to commend the film, stating, \u201cSome stories stay with you long after the screen fades to black\u2026 #TanviTheGreat is one of them. Kher, clearly touched by the kind words, replied warmly, \u201cThank you mere pyaare dost @AnilKapoor for your love and truthful appreciation. You are a great support system. Most of the time as a friend! And sometimes as a guide too!\u201d<\/p>\n
At the trailer launch, Kher revealed that the story drew inspiration from a personal experience with his autistic niece, Tanvi. Reflecting on the moment, he said, \u201cFour years ago, at a family wedding in Gurgaon, I asked Tanvi (his cousin) what she was looking at. She said, \u2018I am looking at my world.\u2019 That line shook me. I didn\u2019t understand what her world was \u2014 and that became the germ of this film.”<\/p>\n
The film features debutante Shubhangi in the lead role, with Jackie Shroff, Pallavi Joshi, Arvind Swami, and Karan Tacker also starring. The music is composed by Oscar-winning M.M. Keeravani.<\/p>\n
Tanvi The Great is scheduled for a theatrical release on July 18 and aims to be an inspiring tale of dreams, determination, and inclusion.<\/p>\n
