{"id":230919,"date":"2025-07-02T03:04:10","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T03:04:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/230919\/"},"modified":"2025-07-02T03:04:10","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T03:04:10","slug":"glenmorangie-announced-as-official-whisky-of-formula-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/230919\/","title":{"rendered":"Glenmorangie announced as Official Whisky of Formula 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"typography-module_body-s-regular__ul7F5 typography-module_md_body-m-regular__d9VRg typography-module_lg_body-l-regular__dPa5z\">Glenmorangie has been named as the Official Whisky of Formula 1, with Hollywood icon Harrison Ford helping reveal the partnership ahead of the British Grand Prix this weekend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"typography-module_body-s-regular__ul7F5 typography-module_md_body-m-regular__d9VRg typography-module_lg_body-l-regular__dPa5z\">The partnership marks the union of two icons, steeped in heritage, dedicated to taking their crafts to new heights and is part of part of <a class=\"text-brand-hot-red underline decoration-1 hover:decoration-[3px]\" href=\"https:\/\/www.formula1.com\/en\/latest\/article\/formula-1-and-lvmh-announce-historic-10-year-global-partnership.3A03yF7XdLrngV6XNLjLoP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the landmark 10-year deal<\/a> between Formula 1 and LVMH \u2013 Glenmorangie\u2019s parent company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"typography-module_body-s-regular__ul7F5 typography-module_md_body-m-regular__d9VRg typography-module_lg_body-l-regular__dPa5z\">Ford, who plays himself in Glenmorangie\u2019s humorous brand campaign <a class=\"text-brand-hot-red underline decoration-1 hover:decoration-[3px]\" href=\"https:\/\/www.glenmorangie.com\/pages\/harrison-ford\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Once Upon a Time in Scotland<\/a>, marked the partnership in a new short film, and with the same amusing understatement he uses for Glenmorangie\u2019s whisky, blessed the collaboration in a word: \u201cNice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"typography-module_body-s-regular__ul7F5 typography-module_md_body-m-regular__d9VRg typography-module_lg_body-l-regular__dPa5z\">Silverstone, <a class=\"text-brand-hot-red underline decoration-1 hover:decoration-[3px]\" href=\"https:\/\/www.formula1.com\/en\/latest\/article\/must-see-relive-the-highlights-of-f1s-first-ever-championship-race-in-full.6xgEMuA8DW41Flrbc7mJLV\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">site of the first official Formula 1 Grand Prix in 1950<\/a>, will host a special Glenmorangie experience showcasing cocktails and the exclusive Eagle Speedster Jaguar E-Type, as used by Ford in the whisky\u2019s brand film.<\/p>\n<p class=\"typography-module_body-s-regular__ul7F5 typography-module_md_body-m-regular__d9VRg typography-module_lg_body-l-regular__dPa5z\">Emily Prazer, Chief Commercial Officer at Formula 1, said: \u201cAs part of our 10-year deal with LVMH, we are delighted to welcome Glenmorangie from the Mo\u00ebt Hennessy Maisons collection as the Official Whisky of Formula 1.
