Meghan Markle has issued a warning to those entering her new website.<\/p>\n

The Duchess of Sussex launched her first alcoholic beverage on Tuesday via her lifestyle brand, As Ever.<\/p>\n

The wine, a 2023 Napa Valley Ros\u00e9, sold out within an hour<\/a> of the \u00a324 bottle going on sale.<\/p>\n

Meghan, 43, also confirmed that a M\u00e9thode Champenoise Napa Valley sparkling wine is planned for the near future, with additional varietals to follow. <\/p>\n

However, royal fans who wished to purchase the wine from Meghan’s new website, wine.asever.com, were met with an immediate warning.<\/p>\n

As the alcoholic beverage is only currently available to purchase in the United States, buyers must be at least 21 years of age.<\/p>\n

The warning states: “Enter to Explore Wine by As ever. Enter your birth date to verify you are 21 years or older.”<\/p>\n

GB News understands that there are no immediate plans for British distribution.<\/a><\/p>\n

A source told the People’s Channel that Meghan is aware of the worldwide demand for her products and will continue to assess the brand’s consumer shipping and fulfilment strategy.<\/p>\n

The insider confirmed that As Ever is conscious of global interest in the brand.<\/p>\n

Customers also expressed their discontent<\/a> after discovering they had to purchase As Ever wine in sets of three for \u00a372, half cases for \u00a3127, or full cases for \u00a3240.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat a SCAM. You have to buy 3 bottles, you cannot just buy one-and it\u2019s $90 for 3 plus $20 shipping,\u201d another fumed.<\/p>\n

However, not all were furious with the wine launch, with some arguing the pricing could have been influenced by the beverage being a totally new product.<\/p>\n
