Rabbi Zvi Holland, rabbinic coordinator with Capitol K, praised the new addition to the city\u2019s food scene.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll of the rabbis on the Vaad are excited about the opportunity to expand kosher options in D.C.,\u201d Holland said.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant\u2019s debut was preceded by a VIP soft opening, drawing an enthusiastic crowd.
