The song was written for Imlach by Clive Palmer, a founder of the Incredible String Band, a band cited by Plant as an influence on <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/tags\/led-zeppelin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Led Zeppelin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You can listen to Weller and Plant cover &#8220;Clive&#8217;s Song&#8221; below.<\/p>\n<p>The track marks Plant&#8217;s first appearance on record since his 2021 collaboration album with <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/tags\/alison-krauss\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alison Krauss<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/robert-plant-and-alison-krauss-raise-the-roof-album-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Raise the Roof<\/a>. Weller invited Plant to join him on the track because of the Zeppelin singer&#8217;s love of folk and blues songs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ MORE:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/category\/album-reviews\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2025 Album Reviews<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Plant\u00a0will resume\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ultimateclassicrock.com\/robert-plant-european-tour-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">his European tour<\/a>\u00a0next week with his band, Saving Grace. <\/p>\n<p>He concluded the tour in Sweden, Norway and Finland in late May.
