This one-bedroom studio flat in Govanhill is just minutes from the popular Queen’s Park and promises “brand new and recently modernised” living. <\/p>\n

One user said: “Absolute joker of a landlord charging over a grand for this “studio”.<\/p>\n

“Glasgow<\/a> rent is ridiculous and it’s forcing people out of the communities they’ve lived in for years.”<\/p>\n
