During her Wednesday visit to the RHS Wellbeing Garden at Colchester Hospital in Essex, Kate chose a Ralph Lauren striped ‘Capri’ shirt in tan, priced at \u00a3575.<\/p>\n
The same style was famously worn by Meghan in blue when she joined Kate at Wimbledon in 2018. <\/p>\n
The shared fashion choice marks a notable moment, as it occurred during one of the sisters-in-law’s limited joint public appearances.<\/p>\n

Kate paired the designer cotton poplin shirt with a striped Blaze Milano blazer and chocolate brown cigarette trousers for her hospital engagement.<\/p>\n
Meghan’s 2018 Wimbledon appearance saw her style the blue version of the Ralph Lauren shirt with wide-leg white trousers, a white boater hat and black pointed-toe heels. <\/p>\n
She completed the look with sunglasses whilst enjoying her first time in the Royal Box.<\/p>\n

Kate wore a slim-fit Dolce and Gabbana midi dress with gold buttons during the 2019 Wimbledon visit, accessorised with a nude D&G bag and loose waves. <\/p>\n

While there, the Princess of Wales sat down with patients to discuss her health journey where she gave unprecedented insights into the challenges of post-treatment life.<\/a><\/p>\n She spoke openly about the pressure cancer survivors face to put on a “brave face” once treatment ends.<\/p>\n Kate sported the shirt during her candid chat where she shared insights into the challenges of post-treatment life.<\/p>\n Getty<\/p>\n “Everybody expects you to be better, but that’s not the case at all,” the Princess admitted during the visit.<\/p>\n Kate spoke candidly about the misconceptions surrounding cancer recovery, particularly the expectation that patients should immediately return to normal life after treatment ends.<\/p>\n “There was often an expectation that following treatment, cancer patients ‘crack on, get back to normal’,” she explained during her hospital visit.
