rel=\"noopener\">Championship<\/a> last season, <a href=\"https:\/\/eflanalysis.com\/tag\/birmingham-city\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Birmingham City<\/a> are on a mission this summer.<\/p>\n<p>Birmingham owner <a href=\"https:\/\/eflanalysis.com\/news\/tom-wagner-told-how-birmingham-city-can-win-championship-promotion-in-25-26-on-one-condition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tom Wagner wants back-to-back promotions<\/a>, and the American businessman has already made great strides to achieve that goal.<\/p>\n<p>Before the window even began, <strong>EFL Analysis<\/strong> tipped the Blues for an instant promotion in our <a href=\"https:\/\/eflanalysis.com\/opinion\/early-predictions-for-2025-26-championship-as-southampton-win-promotion-and-charlton-athletic-doomed-for-relegation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">early 2025\/26 Championship predictions<\/a>, and the club are on course to achieve that given their early summer window business.<\/p>\n<p>The Blues have added to their stellar summer dealings with the capture of Bright Osayi-Samuel from Fenerbahce, and <strong>EFL Analysis<\/strong> can reveal they beat several Premier League sides to his signature to send shockwaves down the second tier.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" loading=\"lazy\" with the highly-coveted central midfielder admitting he signed as the Blues\u2019 \u201cambition was difficult to turn down\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Aside from Doyle, <a href=\"https:\/\/eflanalysis.com\/transfers\/birmingham-city-fans-divided-over-the-very-raw-underage-england-star-they-have-brought-in-on-loan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Birmingham have signed James Beadle<\/a> on loan from Brighton, and have completed the signing of former winger Demarai Gray, although one Championship <a href=\"https:\/\/eflanalysis.com\/news\/championship-expert-not-convinced-by-birmingham-citys-signing-of-demarai-gray-main-issue-is-clear\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">expert has questioned set to sign Kyogo Furuhashi<\/a> as the former Celtic superstar has agreed personal terms on a \u00a310m move from Rennes.<\/p>\n<p>Before that came to light, <a href=\"https:\/\/eflanalysis.com\/news\/birmingham-city-fans-all-make-same-prediction-after-official-club-announcement-more-today\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Birmingham announced Osayi-Samuel\u2019s signing<\/a>, and <strong>EFL Analysis<\/strong> can exclusively reveal that the Blues beat a plethora of Premier League suitors to his signature, which has put their second tier rivals on high alert for next season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EFL Analysis<\/strong> understands that Osayi-Samuel held talks with Crystal Palace, Everton, Fulham, Wolves and West Ham before signing with Birmingham.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EFL Analysis\u2019<\/strong> Chief Football correspondent Graeme Bailey explained: \u201cI am told Osayi-Samuel was quite advanced with a number of Premier League clubs, the opportunity was there for him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut he is yet another player Birmingham have gone all in for.
