Wolf Alice<\/a>\u00a0have dropped a huge hint that a new album could be about to land.<\/p>\n

It comes after the band replied to a fan on X after they tweeted that they \u201chad a dream last night that wolf alice announced their new album,\u201d which prompted the group to reply: \u201cDream or vision?\u201d<\/p>\n

When fan account gherkin rowsell then tweeted: \u201cWolf Alice are BACK,\u201d bassist Theo Ellis replied with an egg timer, as if to suggest the band are counting down to their new LP.<\/p>\n

Wolf Alice are yet to officially post anything about an album release on their social media but they recently confirmed their return with a slot<\/a> at Glastonbury 2025<\/a> alongside headliners Neil Young<\/a>,\u00a0The 1975<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Olivia Rodrigo<\/a> and acts including Charli XCX<\/a>,\u00a0Biffy Clyro<\/a> and\u00a0Noah Kahan<\/a> from June 27 to 29.<\/p>\n

They were also recently added to this year\u2019s Radio 1 Big Weekend line-up<\/a>, which is set to take place next month.<\/p>\n

Wolf Alice last performed after wrapping up their \u2018Blue Weekend\u2019<\/a> tour in 2022 before\u00a0playing an intimate charity show at London\u2019s Sebright Arms<\/a> the following September.<\/p>\n

Following their confirmation at this year\u2019s Glastonbury, many started speculating that new material was set to follow.<\/p>\n

It comes just weeks after the band split from independent label Dirty Hit<\/a> and signed with Columbia Records<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They released 2015\u2019s \u2018My Love Is Cool\u2019<\/a>, 2017\u2019s\u00a0Mercury Prize-winning<\/a>\u00a0\u2018Visions Of A Life\u2019<\/a>\u00a0and 2021\u2019s\u00a0\u2018Blue Weekend\u2019 with their former label.<\/p>\n

Last time they played Glastonbury in 2022, they almost didn\u2019t make it after their flight from Los Angeles was cancelled<\/a> the night before.<\/p>\n

They eventually did manage to make to it to Worthy Farm \u201cby the skin of their teeth\u201d though with NME awarding their Pyramid Stage set five stars<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

More recently Rowsell scored a new short film titled HERMIT, which stars Emma Corrin<\/a> while the band also recently looked back<\/a> at their breakthrough EP\u00a0\u2018Creature Songs\u2019<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 10 years after its initial release.<\/p>\n
