Nasir said: \u201cSometime I\u2019ll go to people\u2019s houses when they call me, like elderly people and those who have newborn babies. So, I\u2019ll go to there house.\u201d<\/p>\n
He went onto add that being friendly and chatty is the \u2018key reason\u2019 behind his success. Nasir said: \u201cThis is a key reason. When people come here, I give them eye contact, tell them to have a seat and I ask them how they are. Sometimes we talk, if I know them, then we\u2019ll talk.<\/p>\n
\u201cBeeston is very safe to work. If people do their job honestly and are not doing anything wrong, then it is safe. If the people are doing good then good things happen to them.\u201d<\/p>\n
