The capital will be transformed by vibrant colours and celebrations today.<\/p>\n<p>The famous <a data-ico=\"hyperlink-article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/lgbtq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LGBTQ+<\/a> event is taking place in the city centre and promises to be another day to remember.<\/p>\n<p>More than 30,000 registered attendees are descending on the streets of London for the festivities.<\/p>\n<p><a data-ico=\"hyperlink-article\" data-track=\"inline-tag-auto-link_article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/pride\/?ico=auto_link_news_P4_LNK1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pride<\/a> in London said it aims to \u2018raise awareness of LGBTQ+ issues and advocate for the freedoms that will enable everyone to live their lives on equal footing\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a look at everything you need to know today, including when London Pride is taking place, the route it will take and where the stages are.<\/p>\n<p>When does the London Pride parade start?<\/p>\n<p>London Pride gets underway at <strong>12 pm today, Saturday, July 5, and is due to finish around 6 pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As with previous years, a grandstand will open in Haymarket from 11 am.<\/p>\n<p>What route will the London Pride parade take?<\/p>\n<p>The London Pride parade will <strong>begin at noon at Hyde Park Corner<\/strong> and head along Piccadilly.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t<a data-ico=\"hyperlink-article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/SEI_257837432-a0bd.jpg?quality=90&amp;strip=all\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img width=\"646\" height=\"421\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/SEI_257622878-a5a8.jpg\" class=\"article-image wp-image-23578538\" alt=\"PRIDE IN LONDON LONDON PRIDE PARADE ROUTE 2025\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"\/><\/a><br \/>\n\t\tThe Pride in London route can be seen here \u2013 click on image to get a larger high res version (Picture: Pride in London)<\/p>\n<p>It will pass through Piccadilly Circus and enter Coventry Street before turning right down Haymarket.<\/p>\n<p>Crowds will follow to the end of Haymarket and turn left onto Pall Mall.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\tLatest London news\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p><strong>To get the latest news from the capital visit Metro&#8217;s<\/strong><a data-ico=\"hyperlink-article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/london\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> London news hub<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The parade then goes onto Trafalgar Square before finally <strong>finishing on Whitehall at around 6 pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Where are the stages at London Pride?<\/p>\n<p>There will be <strong>seven stages at London Pride in 2025<\/strong>. They will be located at:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trafalgar Square (Main Stage)<\/li>\n<li>Leicester Square (The LGBTQIA Women and Non-Binary Stage)<\/li>\n<li>Dean Street (Cabaret Stage)<\/li>\n<li>Soho Square (Trans and Non-Binary Community Stage)<\/li>\n<li>Golden Square (World Stage)<\/li>\n<li>Victoria Embankment Gardens (Family &amp; Youth Area)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How else is London Pride being celebrated today?<\/p>\n<p><strong>After parties are being held around the capital<\/strong> to celebrate, a big one is being held at Clapham Grand, where <a data-ico=\"hyperlink-article\" href=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/tag\/nadine-coyle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nadine Coyle<\/a> will make an appearance.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t<img width=\"646\" height=\"431\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/SEI_210890862-1522.jpg\" class=\"article-image wp-image-23562320\" alt=\"LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM - JUNE 29, 2024: Mayor of London Sadiq Khan takes part in the annual Pride in London parade on June 29, 2024 in London, United Kingdom.
