Air defenses intercepted 292 drones, while another 135 dropped off radars, likely used as decoys to overwhelm Ukrainian systems.<\/p>\n<p>The attack was repelled using aviation, electronic warfare, mobile fire teams, and air defense systems.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Donetsk Oblast<\/strong>, Russian strikes killed two civilians and injured four more, Governor <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/VadymFilashkin\/9448\">Vadym Filashkin<\/a> said. In <strong>Kharkiv Oblast<\/strong>, one person was killed and 15 injured, including two children, according to Governor <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/synegubov\/15490\">Oleh Syniehubov<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Kherson Oblast<\/strong>, 11 civilians were injured as Russian forces targeted residential areas and other civilian infrastructure, Governor <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/olexandrprokudin\/9351\">Oleksandr Prokudin<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>A 49-year-old postal worker was injured in <strong>Chernihiv Oblast<\/strong> by a first-person-view (FPV) drone, Governor <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/chernigivskaODA\/22267\">Viacheslav Chaus<\/a> said. The man sustained shrapnel wounds while delivering mail.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Dnipropetrovsk Oblast<\/strong>, four civilians, two men and two women, were injured in Russian strikes, Governor <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/dnipropetrovskaODA\/22715\">Serhii Lysak<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Zaporizhzhia Oblast<\/strong>, an 84-year-old man was killed, and two others \u2014 a 54-year-old man and a 10-year-old boy \u2014 were injured, Governor <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/zoda_gov_ua\/44932\">Ivan Fedorov<\/a> said.<\/p>\n<p>The latest strikes come as Russia continues to escalate its aerial campaign and reject calls for a <a href=\"https:\/\/kyivindependent.com\/tag\/ceasefire\/\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ceasefire<\/a>.
