If the demands of a busy job and home life are hindering your ability to bounce back from sessions, he adds, &#8216;it\u2019s just not going to work&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"7\" class=\"css-qu26ob emevuu60\">The importance of prioritising recovery is a lesson Dearden learned the hard way. I\u2019m still hurting from that now, I\u2019ve still got back issues.
