{"id":241958,"date":"2025-07-06T05:54:18","date_gmt":"2025-07-06T05:54:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/241958\/"},"modified":"2025-07-06T05:54:18","modified_gmt":"2025-07-06T05:54:18","slug":"bristols-best-areas-for-young-professionals-as-estate-agent-names-top-three","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/241958\/","title":{"rendered":"Bristol&#8217;s best areas for young professionals as estate agent names top three"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There are plenty of young professionals in the city<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/0_JS235445975.jpg\" alt=\"The Six Sisters murals on North Street in Bedminster\" loading=\"eager\"  \/>The Six Sisters murals on North Street in Bedminster(Image: Upfest)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">An estate agent has shared what the best areas in the city are for young professionals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Last month, we revealed the <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/news\/bristol-news\/best-areas-families-buy-houses-10239438\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">best Bristol areas for families to buy houses in<\/a>, and we then looked into the <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/news\/bristol-news\/bristols-most-up-coming-areas-10279434\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">city&#8217;s most up-and-coming areas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">And we have now asked a estate agent where young professionals &#8211; of which there are plenty of in Bristol &#8211; should be looking when searching for their next home.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Nick Stopard, co-founder and managing director at Boardwalk, said young professionals have lots of areas to choose from in Bristol.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">He said: &#8220;Most of central and inner city Bristol is great for young professionals, with a different feel to them all, so hopefully a part of the city to suit everyone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;What Bristol has in abundance is lovely neighbourhoods that almost feel like village high streets and communities within the city.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;So St Marks Road in <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/all-about\/easton\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Easton<\/a>, Church Road in St George, the Chandos Road area in Redland and the whole Totterdown area, with its pubs and cafes around Oxford Street and then up the Wells Road &#8211; these are all brilliant places to live for young professionals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;In terms of the top three places to be for young professionals, just down to sheer abundance of lifestyle choices, we\u2019d probably say Harbourside, <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/all-about\/horfield\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Horfield<\/a> and <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/all-about\/bedminster\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Bedminster<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;Harbourside is both central and scenic and within reach of not just the city centre for nightlife and restaurants, but walkable to North Street and <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bristolpost.co.uk\/all-about\/clifton\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Clifton<\/a> Village.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;Horfield, on the other hand, has Gloucester Road while Bedminster has North Street.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Mr Stopard added that Gloucester Road and North Street are probably Bristol\u2019s best in terms of options for restaurants, cafes, shops, pubs, taprooms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">He added: &#8220;Many of them proudly independent, which has become essential to what makes Bristol great.
