It has just ticked past 8am but temperatures have already climbed beyond 20C and the French doors have been thrown open to let in any hint of a summer breeze the morning may possess. Just a few metres away, horses filter out of spotless barns enclosing a manicured lawn and stretch their legs on a tarmac walkway as George Baker<\/a> stands up from his desk and strolls straight into the heart of the action of morning lots. It certainly makes training look like a luxurious game.\u00a0<\/p>\n Of course, Baker’s task is not all sunshine and leisurely rambles.
