Four cars have been torched <\/a>near a Scots industrial unit.<\/p>\n

Fire crews and police raced to the blazes on French Street in Renfrew <\/a>at 11.35am on Sunday. The blazes are being treated as deliberate.<\/p>\n

An investigation to trace those responsible remains ongoing. Images from the scene <\/a>show a thick cloud of smoke spreading over the Renfrewshire town as emergency crews dealt with the incident.<\/p>\n

Several fire engines were also pictured in attendance<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A statement from Police Scotland reads: \u201cAround 11.35am on Sunday, 6 July, 2025, officers received a report of four vehicles on fire<\/a> on French Street, Renfrew.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe fires are being treated as wilful<\/a> and enquiries are ongoing.\u201d<\/p>\n
