A popular barbershop in the Northern Quarter loved by R\u00faben Dias<\/a> is to open a third location and its first outside of the city centre<\/a> very soon.<\/p>\n The owners behind RPB, which has two shops in the Northern Quarter<\/a>, have announced they will be opening a new site in Prestwich<\/a> later this year. They will be taking over the former Lorena’s Boutique unit on Bury<\/a> New Road.<\/p>\n The barbers, which is fronted by Ross Parlane, has been frequented in the past by a number of current and former Manchester City<\/a> stars. Alongside Ruben, the likes of Bernardo Silva, Mateo Kovacic, Jos\u030cko Gvardiol, Joao Cancelo and Juli\u00e1n Alvarez have all visited the shop in the past.<\/p>\n Ross has also cut hair for a number of celebrities, including Strictly Come Dancing<\/a>\u2019s Gorka Marquez and DMA\u2019s star Johnny Took.<\/p>\n The barbers started life in 2015 with its original Tib Street base, before adding a second location two years later on the nearby Newton Street.<\/p>\n Posting about its new third location, Ross wrote on social media: \u201cExciting news, everyone! After an amazing 10 Years in the Northern Quarter, we\u2019re thrilled to announce that we\u2019re opening a new location! A different twist – not only amazing haircuts but a whole new concept.\u201d<\/p>\n RPB\u2019s new Prestwich base, which has been created alongside interior design studio Sonday Studios, will expand on their barbershop offering alongside a new caf\u00e9 space. It will join neighbouring venues like the Railway and Naturalist pub, which is situated on the opposite road, alongside the newly-opened Rudy\u2019s and Gail\u2019s.<\/p>\n The news of RPB\u2019s arrival in Prestwich was enough to get loyal customers excited. One person commented: \u201cAmazing mate congratulations.” Another said: “Yes! Well done mate, congratulations.” One other wrote: “HUGE congrats bro.
