The highly anticipated showdown between Canelo Alvarez<\/a> and Terence Crawford<\/a> is edging closer.<\/p>\n

The pound-for-pound stars are set to do battle on Saturday September 13 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.<\/a><\/p>\n

Canelo will defend his undisputed super-middleweight championship against Crawford, who is making the jump up two weight classes from super-welterweight ahead of the \u2018mega-fight\u2019 in just two months.<\/p>\n
