Brentford have appointed Martin Drury as assistant first-team coach. Drury joins the Bees having spent the last six months as assistant coach at La Liga club Valencia. <\/p>\n
Drury began his professional coaching career at Bradford City in 2016. He worked in a variety of roles for the Bantams over the course of six years, including U14s to U16s lead, U18s coach and first-team assistant.<\/p>\n
He was named head of coaching and player development with Bradford\u2019s Academy six months before leaving for Manchester United in August 2022. <\/p>\n
Drury spent two years as the Red Devils\u2019 U15s lead before joining Carlos Corber\u00e1n\u2019s first-team staff at West Bromwich Albion in August 2024. <\/p>\n
Drury was reunited with Corber\u00e1n at Valencia in January this year following the Spaniard\u2019s appointment as head coach. <\/p>\n
Brentford head coach Keith Andrews said: <\/strong>\u201cWe are really pleased to get Martin on board.
